All of our products are shipped directly from Tulkarm, in the occupied West Bank, Palestine. Due to lack of reliable local postal options, we rely on international shipping companies to deliver your products.

All of our products are shipped directly from Tulkarm, in the occupied West Bank, Palestine. Please understand that life under occupation presents daily challenges. At times, we may face sudden lockdowns, road closures, or safety concerns that prevent us from reaching the courier office. 

Delivery takes 7–12 days from the date of shipment.

Please note that some international orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to unexpected delays such as sudden lockdowns, road/office closures, and safety concerns. Thank you for your patience.

We currently cannot offer returns and exchanges due to the occupation in Tulkarm. FedEx doesn't deliver to the occupied West Bank.

If you received the wrong item or if your order hasn’t arrived due to shipping issues, please contact us for a full or partial refund.
